    ..."If problem persist please contact your service provider." Too bad Verizon is closed I called a rep earlier, but I was actually on the phone so she wasn't able to troubleshoot. She suggested I do a battery pull, but still no luck. My internet is completely down, but there's no outage in my area. I'm not receiving e-mails (just resent service books a couple days ago) and SocialScope isn't connecting. Any idea how I can reconnect?

    Try resending service books again, from your computer logged into Verizon's BIS portal.
