For several days now, my phone has been unable to connect to the internet. Every other phone on our family plan still have connections. I can receive email, make phone calls, send sms...just not able to access webpages with the browser. When I click on 'manage connections' all connections are on. When I click on 'service status' it says "BlackBerry Internet Service Connection: not connected."
Any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks.
What else have you tried? I'd do a battery pull and re-register on the network. Settings>>options>>advanced options>>host routing table>> register now.
