Im having the problem with trying to change my sms tone, and all other tones. I have tried going to the profiles menu and clicking at the bottom for the tones, but it does not work, simply doing nothing when i click. I also tried going to the sms messages, pressing the bb menu button and scrolling down to click on message alerts, but nothing happens when i click. I have tried a battery pull and reloaded the software to no avail, is there anything else i could try?
