Dropped the Storm and cracked the screen. I have a new one coming but I want to know if anyone knows if I or a Verizon tech will be able to retreive my contacts list and other data from mine with a cracked screen? The home screen will come up but I can't get any icons to work.
My pics and music are safe because they are on the memory card thank goodness.
I don't know if you've got a Best Buy nearby but they've got a machine to pull contacts, calendars, and media off of a phone as long as it powers up. I used to run a Best Buy Mobile and it is a free service. They can even backup to a thumb drive.

If you have access to a PC and have the desktop manager installed you can do the device transfer wizard and not only will it transfer your contacts and messages but it will also transfer any 3rd party apps that you had installed.
