Ok, when I go to "blackberry internet email" and I input my PIN and IMEI number, it always comes with an error message basically saying to try again and try again. Now which tmobile blackberry phone should I have selected as the one i am using?

Keep us posted with what happens. For the record, I have Blackberry Curve 8900 selected as the phone i'm using.
Did you buy the phone on ebay or craigs list? All I can think of is that the pin is still in the system from the guy you bought it from. I also have the Curve 8900 as my device and never had any issues!
