    Ok, when I go to "blackberry internet email" and I input my PIN and IMEI number, it always comes with an error message basically saying to try again and try again. Now which tmobile blackberry phone should I have selected as the one i am using?

    I'm going to need some more information on this issue. Are you logging in to your tmobile account and then trying to access the BIS page? try clicking here

    Keep us posted with what happens. For the record, I have Blackberry Curve 8900 selected as the phone i'm using.

    Just tried it again and when i try to put in the pin and imei i get this message

    Did you buy the phone on ebay or craigs list? All I can think of is that the pin is still in the system from the guy you bought it from. I also have the Curve 8900 as my device and never had any issues!

    Cal-El is right..its most probably the pin that hasn't been released from a previous owner.

    It could also be that the site is down temporarily. Try contacting tech support over at tmobile. They might be able to help you out over the phone.

    It could also be that tmobile has BIS disabled on your account. You can call to confirm that it is enabled.
