I have a Storm 9530. If I connect it to one of my laptops, I see 2 icons, one of which is the memory card and I can click on it and open it to transfer files.

If I connect it to my other laptop, the icon representing the memory card is not present. Both have WinXP SR3, and no other USB devices connected. Below is a screen shot of the 2 using the "My Computer" view, the lower one does not have the mem card icon. I also have posted screen shots of my OPTIONS-->MEMORY on the Blackberry. Any suggestions on how to get the mem card visible on the 2nd laptop?
