This may be an easy one for you guys, but this is new to me. I just went from a Pearl 8130 to a Storm. I want to transfer everything from my 512mb media card to the 8Gb in the Storm, pictures, music, everything. How can I do this? Also, how can I erase the previous owner's email address from the phone? Thanks for any help!
Connect the pearl to a computer using the usb cable. Copy everything to the hard drive. Disconnect the pearl and connect the storm. Copy the files from hard drive to Storm.
Keep in mind you will need to enable mass storage mode.

To wipe the device go to Options -> Security -> and select Security Wipe. Select all three options, and let it do its thing. Once the device completes the process you'll essentially have a base model Storm. Activate the phone, set up your email accounts, Then load your backup.
As far as transferring your media. Follow the steps from Carlos.
