First off, Hello to all.

I received my new Storm in the mail and I can't figure it out using the blackberry desktop manager.

I'm not super tech savvy but I can read directions and I just can't seem to get it.

It transfered my contacts, setting and old msgs just fine.

I also got BB appworld again hoping my recent downloads might be there but they weren't.

I already did a search for this here and nothing came up.
Any ideas?

Do a search on backing up third party applications. It's really easy and it works every time.
