That little toolbar in my browser keeps popping up with just the faintest touch.
Could it be when I changed my kb settings for faster typing I made the screen TOO SENSITIVE?
Tap interval 100
Hover period 400
Swipe sensitivity (high) 6

Any suggestions on changing these settings or maybe something else ks making that toolbar popping up?

What about it popping up bothers you? Simple tap brings it up, another tap puts it away. Not sure if changing any settings would change things, but I use opera mini now so I don't have that menu anymore.

Its not a huge problem . I just would like to have more control over it.
When I'm reading and scrolling its a nuisance .

Pick up your finger off the screen completely when you're not scrolling. You're letting your finger dip ever so slightly on the screen.

so I guess this is normal behavior for the browser then?
Seems it wasn't so touchy before I changed my kb settings for faster typing... I've tried some experiments with swipe sensitivity settings, and a couple of others settings with the tap interval, etc. Nothing makes it less sensitive...

So I guess that's just the way it is... thx for the tip.
