to get it replaced. The last week the button under the screen has clicked down but not back up a few times. Only way to fix it is to remove the battery and cover. Has anyone else had this problem? It seems to happen when I'm outside and it's cold.

I still use the folded up sticky note behind the battery. That has worked well for me, no clicking issues for a long time.

How long have you had it? My dad had the same issue. I would reccomend taking it back and getting them to switch it out [might as well; if theyll do it.] Just a bit of adivce.. Depending on which Verizon store you goto, each's stock of Storms they have are made in different countries, could be an issue. I've found that Storms from Hungary typically have a better clicking functionality than those from Canada. Not sure if this is relevant, but it could be an issue if you get another phone from that store that has the same problem.
