I have a couple little air bubbles on my screen, does the Storm ship with some sort of protector on the screen?

The tech at the store I was at said you are supposed to remove that screen protector, it is only for shipping purchases. I was having trouble with the screen, but as soon as he removed the protector everything worked great.

Yes there is a secondary plastic layer that covers the entire screen.

I thought the same thing, only because i noticed bubbles in the plastic (which i initially thought was the screen!!)

You can take off the extra plastic film, ive been using mine since saturday with all the film protection taken off. Works a treat.

Just to clarify, there is the one that is quite obvious on the bottom of the screen. There is another one in addition to that, correct?

Thanks. Seems a bit stupid, but I just wanted to make sure of it before I did anything I would regret.

They told me that the protector it came with would only last a few days as it is a real screen protector, but not as thick as the ones they sell.
