    I purchased a verizon blackberry ready to put my tmobile sim card in. Everything works fine exept for email. I am receiving the old owners email and tmobile says that its still registered under verizon. i called verizon and they couldnt help me. So: i am receiving someone elses emails and cant log into tmobiles bis. Help me please?

    Old owner needs to go into the BB BIS and delete your phone's PIN. Then you should be able to go into BIS and register it.

    You can change your pin on mytmobile.com in the same section where you set up the email
