Anyone else with the plastic swivel clip from VZW?

It seems like it depresses the Mute button. Is this supposed to happen?

I would return it for a refund. Seidio makes one and I bought it. It is very much like the VZW one, is plastic, but coated with rubber. It does not touch any buttons on top. I dropped it this morning onto hard tile and the case held onto the phone and there was no damage. It's a great case.

Yeah I returned it.

Going to get the leather pouch from VZW.

Unfortunately, I have to purchase from VZW's online store as they offer me 35% off (employee pricing)
