I recently bought a BB Storm VZW 9530 Unlocked. V.4.7.0.75 (Platform 4.0.0.94)
I'm using it now 4 another carrier. Voice mail access number is *2.
When trying to place a call to voice mail, This error message pops up: "Suplementary error:General Error". Then "USSDC routing failed".
Any ideas on how to solve or work aound this issue??

I just googled it a little more ... Found a work around .. seems like it�s something related to the carrier.. just dial 133 instead of *2 to access voice mail.
Good tip for those of us who use Telefonica Moviles (Movistar) in Venezuela.
Thanks a lot for the tip.. I had about 15 voice mail messages and couldn�t listen to them because of this problem.. By the way I am also on Movistar Venezuela, I guess it�s just a problem they�re having.. 133 solved it

tengo un problema con un telefono que lleve a Venezuela desde aqui de USA . t-mobile 8900 desbloquiado, mi esposa lo quiere utilizar ya que va estar unos meses en caracas. el telefono es usado pero esta reseteado.
ahora cuando lo activo con movistar le salen los e-mails de la persona que lo vendio, como puedo hacer para que no vuelva a ocurrir esto.
