I downloaded crack util and installed . When it asks for a password I leave it blank and it keeps telling me that my phone isnt connected or my password is wrong. I dont have a password on it and my phone is connected. So I tried Method #2 and my phone was with Verizon and the OS is 4.7.0 which isnt a downloadable option. I just want my damn web to work with this phone, thanks for any help
u need to open task manger and end one of the programs that runs when u use desktop manager. its called blackberry device manager. as soon as that is stopped crack util will work fine.
