Why is this so difficult? It's the Desktop Manager software...the update specifically says Blackberry Desktop Software on it. Unless something came out this morning AFTER the desktop manager update, which I highly doubt, then it's nothing.

Please post after new software is actually on the phone, or read what it is.

But I called Global VZW yesterday to unlock my sim and the lady told me there will be a new firmware soon. I hate it when the reps give you vague answers. It's still being tested so I would say it won't be out for another month.

If there is no update by the end of this month we all should start an online petition!

I am sure all they told you was blippty blippty blah blippty blah blah. I would rather them give vague answers, the 1 month or 30days speech seem to be happening more often than the "I would expect a release on xx/xx/xxxx." from CS, which in mind is an improvement.
