I have a storm that i had unlocked for T-mobile. Well i just did an update via online and now it seems like my phone has gone back to Verizon defaults. do i need to get it unlocked again?

I'm pretty sure that once a phone is unlocked, it's always unlocked.

Loading the software will not get rid of your unlock. You will just need to reinstall the tmo service books and such again and reset the settings for tmo.

This is what you need to do
