I am getting a new storm1 in the mail today. What do I need to do to transfer everything from my old one to my new one ?

BB Desktop Manager has an option just for this. Some apps are tied to the PIN, so if you use any of them you'll have to use the developers process for switching the app.

If you bought any apps from the Crackberry Store (or Mobihand) you can use the MyAccount page to change your PIN and get new registration codes automatically.
