After you guys put in your email, are you guys directed to another site o do you get a confirmation letter through email? I try putting in my email address, but another screen pops up and nothing happens. The new screen that pops up, shows a blank screen. Are you guys getting this too?

The screen that pops up asks for your name, current provider, zip, business eligibiity and usage (business or personal)
