I've missed countless calls over the passed few nights because for some reason, my storm will vibrate once, then ring once, then say I missed the call

    Anyone know why this is?

I don't get great reception in my house, only 2 bars. But that should be more than enough to receive a call properly...

Don't know if this will work with a Verizon phone, but try this.

Dial *94 then the number of rings you want it to have before going to voicemail.

For example, for 5 rings you would dial *945 and then "call".

Works on Bell phones, thank goodness, as I had this problem too, but this fixed it right up.

If you have a vzw phone, you'll need to contact tech support and they can change the # of rings it'l do before the caller gets to VM. Usually that fixes it.
