    Went to delete some songs. She froze got the clock of death. Restarted she did not read medos card. Said not inserted. Battery pull and still no card. Not goong to be near computor for weeks. How can I get it back ? With out loosening everything ? Thanks.

    when you format the disk it will erase everything on the disk.
