I have a Blackberrystorm and I am trying to put music on it. I try to use the desktop manager but when it starts verifying that it is connected to the computer it freezes. My blackberry stays on the black screen with the picture of the phone and computer. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix this?

you should try the drag and drop method - much easier! you have to set your storm to "enable mass storage mode"
