    Lately my Storm has been freezing up. I uninstalled VZW Navigator but I kept visual voice mail because i use it and its a cool feature. It started to freeze and all after I put music and pictures on it, however they are on the media card so I find it hard to believe that is the cause of the recent slowness. I have the original model and am still running on .65 waiting for the OTA update. If anyone has any answers please help!!!!

    Battery pull and make sure you're not out of memory in Options/Status.

    Thanks. I did the battery pull at first but I had to do it twice now it's back to normal. Much appreciated

    It seems like the cure all for the BB is to pull the battery. What do the poor iphone users do? Send it in for a battery pull?

    Hate to sound stupid but does battery pull mean taking the batt out while the Storm is on? ....I guess if its frozen its on! Duhhhhhhh
