    Not really thinking about buying it from Ebay.

    The auction states:

    They have phones that work on GSM and CDMA you just have to specify when you purchase? Is this legitimate?

    Is the only way I'm going to get one of these phones on the Sprint network is to buy an unlocked phone at retail?

    Somebody let me know so I can start saving my pennies!!
