ok.. so i have an unlocked storm that i bought from a friend a few weeks ago. last night, i was out and about and my phone battery drained to the point that the radio shut off and the phone died. when i finally got home and charged my phone this morning, the phone turned on. it had a red battery indicator with the lightning bolt through it.. it has been charging all day but it still says the battery is only at 5%, my radio wont turn back on, and the battery indicator is still red... is it a problem with the phone or the battery... any ideas what it might be?
Mine has been difficult after being drained. I turned the phone off by holding the red button and let it charge. Check back after 10 min or so. If that's not doin it then battery pull and try again. Hopefully one of those will work for you. If I get down to 10% I turn the radio off when I charge. I don't know if any of these are real fixes but they have worked for me. Good luck.
