I am having some issues with the strom's battery or charging. The problem is that when I just connect it to the charger it wont charge I leave it for maybe up to an hour and still nothing charges but when I take out the battery and restart it charging beings working, but I have to do that everytime I want to charge.
Could be a defective usb port on your phone, but you can try this first:
battery wont get charged...
I found this post from someone else...
Take the battery out of the phone, plug the wall charger into the Storm then into the wall. After a minute or so, you should get a battery icon indicating the battery is missing. Once you see that icon, place the battery back in while the charger is still plugged into the phone and plugged into the wall. It should start charging, then put the back back on.
