I use it primarily for emails, filing emails to subfolders, and creating calendar appointments. Periodically, I'll check out a PDF, Word doc, or other MS Office doc sent to me.

E-Mail -- It hits my BB before it hits my inbox on my computer. I'm often on the road so I can always keep up to date when I'm on the road.

Calendar -- I never miss a meeting now!

Phone -- I have my desk phone synced with my BB number so I never miss a phone call. This is not part of my BES package but one of my primary uses.

I think he is trying to build a business case for him getting a Storm. Those are all features all Blackberrys do. I think he is looking for something more specific to the Storm. Other then having a larger screen to view documents and images, there is no real business case. The Storm is more of a want then a need.

MDS = Mobile Data System. In a nutshell, it's a way for corp users to get data from the network from behind the firewall.

    You're probably thinking about BIS
