some one told me about an upgrade to sthe storm called 202 can someone please tell me how to go about getting this upgrade

I think your being played with or have misunderstood something. I've never heard of this upgrade, nor can I find anything about it on the Storm forum. Maybe it was in reference to the Storm 2...not yet released.
