I am going to lose my mind today! My Storm is a 9530, and I'm running OS 4.75
on platform 4.0.0.94.

I started receiving a NULL POINTER EXCEPTION ERROR. NET_RIM_BB_EMAIL_HIERARCHY_GETEMAILHIERARACHY.

To make a long story short, I have been trying to do to a new install, and I'm running into problems. Can anyone tell me how I can do a clean install? Thanks.

Before you do a clean install, attempt to do a backup since everything will be deleted from the device with a clean install. After you finish the backup, you can use JL_Cmder to perform the wipe.

After the wipe, just perform the steps to installing an OS. Finally restore your backup to get your settings and apps back.
