phone doesn't stay charged when i have it on the charger... It charges for a while then goes out.. I have tried the wall charger and usb cord, both do the same thing.

Is the BB getting hot too? Try a new battery if the same problems happens go to the store for them to verify and (if you have the maintenance plan) will replace it as VZW did for me.
