Happened yesterday,I can touch any icon and it will select it,but when I press the screen to actually use the icon feature nothing happens,does this sounds like a problem with the internal circuit board inside the phone?
It could be that a certain point on the screen is locked (like it is being pressed). try locking the screen, pressing down the screen and moving it around a little bit. Happens to me from time to time.
