Hello everybody, I am a first time blackberry owner and I wanted to run a backup installed supplied disk to setup computer. Now when I go to back up halfway through it says error backing up database, any help would be great

Try deleting you browser cache and then doing the backup.

Do i delete pushed content also.

Delete everything in the cache area, pushed content, etc. Then try it again. If that doesn't work I would suggest uninstalling the DM software then reloading it. Mine did the same thing but worked after trying these steps. Good luck

Yes, delete the entire cache. Then try doing the backup.

Also, sometimes you will need to actually restart your computer then open the DM again.
