I want to set my phone so that I can only receive phone calls when it is on vibrate, but when I set it to "phone calls only" it turns it from vibrate back to sound, is there anyway to use "phone calls only" in vibrate mode?

You need to create a custom profile and edit the alerts to your liking. You can not overwrite the default profiles, just create new ones.
Details: sounds > custom profiles > add > name as u wish > set each function (BTW vibrate > custom allows u 2 set length & count) > new profile displays in sounds list selections.
