Are the sound profiles completely useless? Whenever I put on Vibrate only I still get ring tones coming through. Totally defeats the purpose of such a setting.
I know that Custom Profiles work, but do the preset ones actually do anything?
Do you have any ring applications installed?
I noticed with one of my applications even when the phone is on silent it still alerts me. So maybe something is doing something similiar to your phone.
I agree...no matter what ringtone profile I have mine set at, it plays the same ringers and volume setting. When I set it to Vibrate, it is still audible. I customize the profile to vibrate only, then when I change profiles to normal (or any other one) it still vibrates only. When you customize the profile, it is for all, so there is no sense in switching to different profiles. Did that make any sense? lol
