so , when i first got my storm i changed the sms message alert to one of the alerts available. used it for two days, i then decided to chagne it to Notifier_Etvoila . now when i get a message it plays that sometimes and it plays the old alert also. any suggestions on what to do?!!?

Maybe it has something to do with priorities. You can set ring tones for pretty much everything on the blackberries. Maybe you set the ring tone for sms but hear the tone for level1 messages or something like that.
