I have a custom sound profile and after updating to office .75 update I'm missing the alert option for Visual Voice Mail. It used to be under the "Others" section of the sound profile. Anyone else experiencing this?
My customer sound profiles just diappeared an hour ago. I don't know how. I wasn't doing anything. All of a sudden my email alert started going off and I went over to see why (since it was on my custom Home profile and should have been off) and the 2 custom profiles I made were gone and it was set to the "Normal" profile. Anyone else have experience with the sound profiles not working properly?
