storm 9500 - even when locked, pressing and holding the MUTE key changes the SOUND PROFILE. This means whenever I keep the phone in my front pcket (which I always do) it presses on the mute button and changes my sound profile.
This is very annoying. Every time I get it out of my pocket I have to re-set the profile to NORMAL.
