There were a lot of people saying there wouldn't be any lines and there was no point in waiting early in the morning because their friends at verizon had them taken care of and were making fun of people who were going to wait inline before it opened. Did any of those people actually get one?
share your release day stories and if you were proven wrong/right!
Well I wanted to go early that morning however I had to wait til about 1030 to get to verizon. I was told alllll sold out. Bummed I decided to order one to be shipped out. However before they confirmed it another shipment of storms came in! So here I am happy and lucky as ****. This phone is amazing

I agree, even with all the people who don't like it, I am very happy with it. Once the bugs are fixed (which is why I speculate they have had such small shipments) it will be even better
went in early, got screwed and couldn't get one because our local store got 15. .. heard word of a second drop.. kept calling every local store, finally a salesman said, "Oh, we just got 9 more up for sale." .. drove a 30min drive in 12 minutes and got one.
I drove by my local store in Annapolis and it was packed at 9:30. I went on my day. I stopped in another store in Glen Burnie, MD arond 2pm. This is when the network crap was happening. I waited 20 mins until they called my name and I got a storm. They were not able to set it up, so I had to go back later. It was still there, waiting for me.
Some areas it sold like crazy, some areas it did not
I was third in line and my store only had three storms. People that walked in expecting to have a storm waiting were in shock that the store did not have more than three storms.
hahaha i like that aty. but yea, my store only got 30 and people started lining up at 7. By the time I was out of there around 8:30 there were way more than 30 people in line.
