So I have A blackberry 9530 (storm) & have the Rhapsody subscription service (14.99 a month)only... & have used Soundtaxi to port thousands of DRM free music & albums to my ipodtuch. I want to cancel the Service but I still will have the music on the touch and my phone because I stripped the DRM. By law am i required to delete the mp3's or can i keep them because I "backed them up" using legit software designed for backing up rhapsody music to my ipod?
    Any input is appreciated,
