    I can not find my sms icon anywhere nor can I find the messages sent and received.

    I did a battery pull twice...reset the theme defaults, and even searched my inbox folder for sms

    Any ideas on the issue?

    The theme probably changed it so that the SMS is in the Messages icon. Go into the Messages folder, go to Options and tell it to separate e-mails and SMS. I bet its on either Combined or Theme Controlled

    Well under message alerts I just noticed there is no sms option...just email pin and mms

    Open your Messages application, click BB icon, then choose "View Folder" and see if you have folders called "SMS Inbox" and "SMS Outbox". I personally have my e-mails and SMS separated on my phone.
