Hello can anyone help me, I have a BB Storm 9530, I dont understand how come smart dialing is not available for +593 country. I get the next message: Smart Dialing is not available for this country. Contact numbers will be dialed without modification. I try with other country codes and get the same message.

If I'm not mistaken smart dialing would only be available in countries that have officially released the storm. You are using a 9530 on Telcel, which tells me it is an unlocked phone. The 9530 operating system likely didn't include your country code as it wasn't officially released in that country. That's just my guess though.
Unfortunately I think your best option is to put the code in each of your contacts.
I'm not an expert on international calling by any means though. This might be something small as well.
One thing to try would be to upgrade to a different operating system and try again. You never know if that might work.
