My storm is running slowwwww...not sure how to fix it. I have one app...facebook.
i downloaded the news and it has asked me so many times if i want to erase both facebook and ABC news app. Why?

the annoying little watching thing comes up and it goes on and one for a good 60 seconds when i try to do anything. Glad I haven't needed my phone for an emergency....

anything I can do to it to help it?

What is OS? i've pulled it out and it still does it...and i get this error message alot...very annoying>?

OS is operating system, to tell which one you have go to options --> about and read the third line (the v and some numbers is it)

Also, try to hold down the blackberry key and get a row of applications running on the phone. what is in there?

What is your file free? Check by options > status. If your file free is too low, your phone will bog down.
