    Purchased my storm in Feb 08. I believe I am on my third one. For almost 2 months now, the slightest bump of any type makes my phone reboot. It's so bad now that it is almost unusable.

    If I go to verizon, will they swap it out?

    Sounds like your battery contacts need to be cleaned. Yes, VZW should swap it out. You are still within warranty.
