Anyone understand this? At work I barely have signal...usually showing 2 bars. If I put on the LED indicator, it flashes green telling me I have signal. However, if I call myself from my work phone, it rings for a while and then goes to voicemail. The phone never rings, but the little arrows show up by the signal indicator. Why does it tell me I have service and the little arrows come up as if they're getting a call, but the phone never rings?
