    My BB Storm ran out of power today and when I got home plugged it in the service read as OFF in the top right corner where it would normally show my bars, did I accidentally hit something? How do I fix it

    it turns off the radio to conserve the battery when it gets too low.

    i had an old pearl that started turning its radio off all on its own, until it eventually would never turn back on, since then it freaks me out when mine says off

    There is also a bug in the .75 release for the storm that can cause the radio to turn off if the auto on/off feature is enabled. Supposed to be fixed in .113 if it ever gets released. Work around for now is to disable auto on/off or just turn the radio back on when you notice it is off following the instructions above.
