Do i have to sign up for tmobiles blackberry service to get into their BIS.I have an unlocked storm. I changed my phone on their site to a pearl and then i goto their bis but when i enter the pin and imei is says there was an error and try again and boots me out of the site. when i try to set up email on the actual blackberry verizonwireless screen pops up and then it says " we apologize......". I just need email.
