I'm planning on selling my storm so I can purchase a bold. I'm on at&t and really want 3G. Anyways my storm is running .191 and I didn't wanna sell it with a buggy OS. Which OS should I load before selling it? .148 or .151?

.148, they may want to bring it to their carrier for technical support and wont receive it with an OS that is not official to Verizon. Assuming they are on verizon.

Load it with the official .148 I agree with the others. It should be decided by the purchaser if he even wants to upgrade.

Good luck trying to get 3G....I heard the iPhone is congesting the 3G network so heavily, that everyone is switching to 2G just to get service.

You can always reload .148 before returning, and even then if it's not OS related you can return it with a different OS. I've seen many, many threads of examples of people returning their Storm with a different OS on it.

Still, it's better to be safe then sorry so it's recommended to return it with an official OS, but not absolutely necessary.

What if you returned it if it were bricked? It wouldn't have any OS but they would take it back.

Wipe it clean and give no OS... or maybe just install a few random files so that it starts up, but looks all messed up and crazy... lol jk
