Today i was put my phone in my pocket. About 30 seconds later i took it out and there was a green line which went from the bottom to the top of the screen about 5 mm from the left side of the screen.Now when i click the screen the green line shoots across the screen and 2 green dots stay visible at the bottom. I only assume my screen is wrecked. If theres a way to fix it i would appreciate the help, and if not and i have to take it in will it be covered or will i have to pay for a brand new phone? Im with Telus. Thanks for any help
Well if you have insurance you shouldn't have to pay full price. Sounds like a hardware issue to me, unless you happened to hit your phone and broke some pixels.
