OK, this may be a dumb question (and I did search)...but why doesnt my STORM sound like the Storm in the commerical, where is makes a clicking sound when typing?????? I looked under options/screen and i changed the key tone..but sounds like high pitched....

the clicking sound is the sound of the actual screen clicking in... the commercial exaggerates the sound a bit...

mine clicks pretty loud. after i put the pad on top of the battery and fixed the clicking, its perfect.

After a few hours of the clicking, I'm sure you will be glad that it doesn't sound like the commercial

Hardware issue not software issue. The commercias have microphones that pick up the sound better for the ads.
