So I called verizon about my screen click problems with my first storm being unresponsive. Well the replacement I got it awesome. Except the upper part of the screen is so mushy that I don't even have to click it anymore. And its nice except the bottom half isn't the same. I've tried tightening the screws but they are flush with the top and won't go in any further. So any suggestions? The thread I read about tightening and loosening the screws just didn't work, could RIM be trying to replace the screws and now these are just too long compared to the previous ones?
